Are there laundry facilities available?

Each of our units provide access to laundry facilities. Depending on which unit you book, in-unit or communal coin operated laundry facilities access is available.

How far is Pristine Peak Getaways to downtown Canmore?

With slight variances based on your unit of choice, our units are less than a 5-minute drive or under a 10-minute walk from downtown Canmore.

What is the distance between Canmore and Banff?

Each of our units are approximately a 10 to 15-minute drive from the Banff National Park gates and a 25-minute drive to downtown Banff.

Is a Banff Park Pass included with our stay at Pristine Peak Getaways?

No, currently a Banff National Park Pass is not provided with your stay.

Where can we obtain a Banff National Park Pass?

You can purchase a National Park Pass online, at the Banff National Park gates, or at the Visitor Centre in Banff.

Is there a swimming pool or hot tub available?

All our locations have access to a pool or a hot tub for your enjoyment, details can be provided upon booking.

Is there a grocery store in close proximity?

Certainly, all Pristine Peak locations are conveniently located near several grocery stores, including Take A Hike Market, Alder, Red Gables, Save on Foods and Safeway.

What dining options are available nearby?

Pristine Peak Getaways is surrounded by excellent Canmore restaurants such as Take A Hike Market for Breakfast and Lunch, Tank 310 by Grizzly Paw Brewing Co, Bridgette Bar and several dining options within the Shops of Canmore. More dining options are availabe in Canmore’s downtown restaurants.

What outdoor activities are there for kids in Canmore and near Pristine Peak Getaways?

  • Enjoy the local farmers’ market, the Canmore Mountain Market, held every Thursday from May to October (dates change seasonally).

No, an airport shuttle service is not included with your stay. However, we'd be happy to assist in booking one for you. Airport Shuttle Express offers shuttle services between the Calgary Airport and Canmore. Contact us for more information or assistance in booking a shuttle service.

Do Pristine Peak Getaways’ condo rentals have mountain views?

The views from our condo and vacation rentals depend on the condominium building and its location within the building.

Is it necessary to bring our own pots, pans, and cooking utensils?

No, Pristine Peak Getaways condo rentals come stocked with the necessary kitchen equipment for meal preparation. Grocery stores are conveniently located nearby for ingredient pick-ups.

Does Pristine Peak Getaways provide play-pens?

Yes, Pristine Peak Getaways can provide play-pens upon request and subject to availability. Some units have sofa bed options available. Please specify your request at the time of booking.

What types of coffee makers and equipment do Pristine Peak Getaways’ condo rentals have?

Coffee-making equipment within individual condo and vacation rentals varies by unit. All our units are supplied with tea and coffee supplies.

How many parking spaces are provided for my stay at Pristine Peak Getaways?

Each unit rental is provided with one parking stall in the building’s parkade, with street parking available for additional vehicles. Some unit rentals may have an additional parking stall provided, but this is dependent on the unit. Contact us to find out if the rental you are interested in has an additional stall.

Where can I park my second vehicle during my stay?

Street parking is available near all our buildings, although we cannot guarantee available spots for your second vehicle during your stay.
